Use the academy as a learning platform.
These terms describe the intended use of Sajjad's Engineering Academy and its free technical learning material.
Last updated: 15 August 2026
Learning purpose
The academy provides educational and professional-development content. It does not replace employer procedures, competent-person decisions, statutory requirements, OEM instructions or site-specific engineering controls.
Free access and learner registration
Public course pages and engineering guides are currently free to view without an account. The Resources hub, structured technical libraries and selected downloadable files use a free learner Sign Up / Sign In gate. In the current static GitHub Pages version that account is stored only in the learner's browser and is not a production server-authenticated account.
Technical safety
Engineering work can involve electrical, mechanical, pressure, thermal, chemical and other hazards. Before performing any task, users must follow applicable laws, approved procedures, PTW/LOTO requirements, risk assessments, manufacturer instructions and competent supervision.
Accuracy and updates
Reasonable care is taken to organize useful technical learning material, but equipment specifications, standards, procedures and site conditions can change. Users should verify important information against current controlled sources before applying it.
Intellectual property and source material
Academy-created explanations and layouts may be used for personal learning and professional development. Third-party manuals, trademarks, images, specifications and other source material remain subject to their respective owners' rights and conditions.
Platform previews
Dashboard statistics, enrolment controls, progress tracking, certificates and other LMS functions may be shown as interface previews until the production backend is connected. Preview functions should not be treated as completed records or issued credentials.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, distribute malicious code, falsely represent academy credentials, or use learning material in a way that bypasses required safety or legal controls.
Changes
The academy may improve its content, structure and platform features over time. Material changes to these terms should be reflected on this page.
